Global Stability of a Humoral Immunity COVID-19 Model with Logistic Growth and Delays

The mathematical modeling and analysis of within-host or between-host coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) dynamics are considered robust tools to support scientific research. Severe acute respiratory syndrome 2 (SARS-CoV-2) is the cause COVID-19. This paper proposes investigates a COVID-19 model with latent infection, logistic growth healthy epithelial cells humoral (antibody) immune response. Time delays can affect SARS-CoV-2 infection predicted by models. Therefore, we incorporate four time into model: (i) delay in formation infected cells, (ii) active (iii) activation (iv) maturation new particles. We establish that model’s solutions non-negative ultimately bounded. confirms concentrations virus should not become negative unbounded. deduce has three steady states their existence stability perfectly determined two threshold parameters. use Lyapunov functionals confirm global states. analytical results enhanced numerical simulations. effect on investigated. observe increasing values have same impact as drug therapies suppressing viral progression. offers some insight useful develop class treatment causes an increase periods then may control replication.
